The Covid 19 virus has infected about 85,000 persons worldwide and killed 3000. The stock market is off by 12,4 percent and falling. It is unique that MOEC is designed as a virus. Prisoner Dilemma based defection models will dominate the emergence of Artificial Intelligence. It is debatable if AGI will occur this decade or by 2035. This would be a serious rebuttal to the Kurzweilian concept of Singularity.
Joe Biden has won the South Carolina Primary. The Democrats appear to be equally worried about defeating Bernie Sanders as they are of Donald Trump. Sanders is OK if he is only a marginal player. The alienated representative democracy is a party many politburo which only gives one the appearance that they vote will elect the champion.
Conversely I am older. I will finish the two texts, Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part V and The System by 2026. After that I will need to take inventory of my health and resources to chart the new direction I will pursue.
A greater emphasis on Open Letters will begin to dominate the content then the blurbs that have occurred as the writing has become more book oriented is place of Journals. Open Letters focus on concrete persons whom have an interest in the Censorship and Sanitization of MOEC.

California has entered a Shelter in Place Order due to COVID 19. By brute force I practice social distancing. The response to the novel virus demonstrates the Fatalism and Dependency of Totalitarianism. The Typhoid Mary figures are out in force with the police. These are not easy things to state. Italy is under serious pressure. The United States will most likely have the highest caseload in the next two weeks. California states that 25 million persons or 54 percent of the population may be infected in this time period.
Physically and Psychologically I need to rest. I will work on Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part V in the main until the situation stabilizes.
Obama On George Floyd Rioting

President Barack Obama has stated that the protests in cities across the nation in the after the death of George Floyd's under a police officer's knee "represent a genuine and legitimate frustration over a decades long failure to reform police practices and the broader criminal justice system in the United States."
The disintegration of the Administration of Justice has been escalated since June 17, 1987. Obama's tenure from 2009 to 2017 are one of carte blanche Sanitization of Concrete Reality.

On Friday, Obama called for officials in Minnesota to bring justice in Floyd's death. "It falls on all of us, regardless of our race or station, including the majority of men and women in law enforcement who take pride in doing their tough job the right way, every day, to work together to create a 'new normal' in which the legacy of bigotry and unequal treatment no longer infects our institutions or our hearts."
In a fluid environment Obama has performed in the manner of his presidency and predecessors relying on abstractions while condoning Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over my person. COVID 19 has just claimed it's 160,000 victim in the United States. Conversely Joe Biden has yet to announce his Vice Presidential candidate.
The culture of Irrationalism and Pseudoscience is flourishing under defection. The slow purge is escalated as the entanglement of the population continues in a circular folly. The Democrats and Republicans are deciding the fate of millions of working families as such cannot work. Children will not attend school and technological literacy and access is poor for many.
Yesterday was my birthday. Today is Obama's. We are both 59 years of age. I would wish to have 3 years of quality working time left to finish MOEC Studies.

In this instance these Actors are the Billy the Kids of modern history whom shoot their cohorts in the back. Simply because the police are getting away with obstructing justice in the present it does not remain certain that this will hold in the future.

I will now present allegations concerning the homicide of Charles Gary Sampson on Federalsburg, Maryland outside of Camden Wyoming, Delaware on November 3, 1987.
In 1978 I was asked by a friend if I wished to go see Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band at the Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I agreed and a small group of friends attended the show. An archive states the date as November 4, 1978. In Delaware that evening an alleged drug transaction went sour. It is the common version that three persons in a car got into an altercation. One individual, a young black youth whom I had met, was the purchaser and had a shotgun. The gun was passed between the three in car. When the gun was handed to a certain person, the black youth was told to exit the vehicle. Charles Gary Sampson, a minor drug dealer from Federalsburg, Maryland, body was found in the vehicle. Later newspaper records state that four persons were involved and that Sampson's vehicle was used and set afire which is not what I have believed to be accurate.
On November 3, 1978, Charles Gary Sampson was shot to death. At a later date I was asked to go to the crime scene and responded voluntarily. I was brought to the side of the road. Also then Senator Joe Biden was present some yards south of me as I talked to the forensic scientist, an Officer Voshell. I would argue that the names of GM Gary Kasparov and GM Michael Adams were heard over Biden. At the crime scene an individual had raced through a soybean field and his shot body was found in a burnt vehicle along Moose Lodge Road outside Camden Wyoming. While beginning to leave, standing next to Officer Voshell, the name of Micky Adams, and his positional style of chess was clearly emphasized in contrast to previously hearing his name over Joe Biden. The name of now deceased chess endgame expert GM Mark Dvoretsky was mentioned.

President Elect Biden leads Trump by 7 million votes with the Electoral College set to vote on December 14, 2020. There are over 280,000 deaths due to COVID 19 as of this writing. I hope all are safe and having a Merry Christmas. I have to continue working on MOEC Studies. I have made modest progress. I need to consider my health more as I age. It will be unique to contrast the Biden and Trump Administrations. I have one more Chapter to compose for Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part V.
The Circus and Bread drama does not seem to being abating. It is science versus economics and ingroup versus outgroup. I have a pdf of Obama's A Promised Land. I should not bereft of content this year. I would like to build a small site concerning Bill Clinton and Srebenica. I believe this to be critical of his stewardship and also reflective of our current polarized culture. I am in maintenance mode while I need to to compose which is not optimal. However I am pleased by the quality the slower pace is providing me.
I am also concerned as to how technology is going to break during the recovery from the Pandemic.

Democrats Prevail in the Senate

It appears that the Democrats have won control of Congress with two Senate runoff victories in Georgia. Reverend Raphael Warnock has defeated incumbent Kelley Loeffler and Prosecutor Jon Ossof has defeated incumbent David Perdue by narrow margins of about 1 percent. MAGA protesters have overtaken Congress to obstruct the Certification of the Electoral College today. The National Guard has been mobilized and there is a curfew. This situation is fluid. The United States has about 368,000 Covid 19 deaths.
Senator Schumer, the new Senate Majority Leader has called for Trump to be impeached for the behavior of the protesters. Biden was certified the next morning at 4:00 AM. The situation is fluid.
President Trump has tweeted that there will be a smooth transition of government. Joe Biden will be sworn in as President on January 20, 2021.

The work of Eric Fromm is integral in the develop of MOEC. Freudian thought bounds the Scripting of the Entrapment. Fromm is a Neo Freudian whom was part of the Sexology School in Frankfurt, Germany. He split from this grouping. Wilhelm Reich's The Mass Psychology of Fascism is the foundational text. This school merged Freud with Socialism.
Fromm argues Totalitarianism as rooted in the incest taboo. This is extremely important in the analysis of Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing. This summer I will begin in earnest to beginning composing Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part VI. This will have a focus on the Oedipal and Electra Complexes, and defense mechanisms. The work of Eric Fromm concerning the incest taboo is of interest. He considers that Nativism, Populism, Fascism, Nazism, and Stalinism as Idolatry of the human attempting to separate oneself from nature and establishing identity. Nature is matriarchal. Rationality, and human laws are patriarchal.
The construction of the Pre Fascist Gay Irrational Gay Know Nothing appears to be derived from the Sexology school of which Fromm was once part of but left later in his life. His humanistic psychoanalysis embraces Democratic Socialism. This is interesting since there is an aperture at the same time Nativism and Populism have reemerged in the United States. My work has a focus on Ethnic Nationalism as a Source of War.
I am clearly opposed to these reactionary and regressive ideologies.
This issue will pose problems for the LGBTi and Jewish communities as the Gay Militia are anti Semitic and LGBTi at the same time.

Gustave Le Bon, 1895 1995 wrote in his book The Crowd of how an individual in a crowd becomes psychological transformed. Le Bon posits a "psychological crowd." Within this dimension the collective mind takes control of the individual. Anonymity, suggestibility, and contagion contribute to this transformation. This individual is irrational, fickle, and suggestible. The submerged person is capable of being a mindless puppet controlled by the leader, and performing any act whether heroic or atrocious. Le Bon's theory has been criticized as being a cross between psychology and politics (Nye 1975).
I have claimed that this event is authored by the Proximate Cause sine qua non University of Cambridge Law School. I also argue that these Actors also expand and contract the British Empire.

I am writing you today to draw your attention to the lack of response from sworn officials, academics, and other public persons.
I have had a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over my person since June 17, 1987 when I was in Dover, Delaware. When one person is isolated from the whole, the collective will be injured. The reason I am attacked is that a Gay Militia operating out of Los Angeles Police Department has isolated me in a failed attempt at LGBTi social engineering.
I am alleging that University of Cambridge, UK is the origin and authorship.
This attack is both a Crime Against Humanity and a War Crime depending on jurisdiction. This unprecedented collapse of democracy is also the Misprision of Treason.
Hence I had needed to be a LGBTi individual to avoid having my Bill of Right protections alienated. I am being told that I needed to have 3 anal sex encounters. This attack on meritocracy defines a Same Sex Yellow Brick Road which is pandemic.
I am exposing this Prisoner's Dilemma based defection model that replaces study and work with sexual Quid Pro Quos. This Yellow Brick Road extends from Heads of States to Native Persons whom still wish to live outside Western Civilization.

The Dixie fire began on July 13, 2021. I have had to evacuate to Westwood, Crestline, and finally here south of Flagstaff. The fire destroyed the area where I was staying. I had written a Supreme Court Case CV-98-7018 from Greenville which burned August 4, 2021. Needless to state the human rights abuses here are poor. Notice that none of the major news or locals state that Lake Almanor is Chemically Despoiled. I am still attempting to email the letter below. The Delta variant is not helping speed up efforts.

Thankfully 2021 is arriving to an end and I am still standing. There has been the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, Wildfires, and COVID 19. MOEC began it's Manifest Function in 1987. Wildfires have been a main issue for 6 years. COVID 19 has endured for 2 years. Believe it or not I have received the Johnson vaccine and Pfizer booster so I am fully vaccinated.
Economically inflation is hitting hard. I am going into a sabbatical mode until the situation clarifies. I am standardizing the site. I believe that around 2015 one will notice the more up to date format. With editing there is some small embellishment. I have approximately 725 citations which is a dramatic increase. This demonstrates my sincerity.
Bob Dole and Colin Powell have recently passed. I have not discussed patriotism versus treason in detail. The Tyranny of the Majority is a foil for the Mass Destruction that has befallen the human race. The challenge to my person is as to whether I would put up amy meaningful resistance.
